In 2017, Opportunity Education founded two flagship Quest Forward Academies in Omaha, Nebraska and Santa Rosa, California. They are exemplary case studies of how active learning methods, relevant skill development, and frequent and high-quality feedback loops can transform student engagement in high school.

Upon the successes of the Quest Forward Academies, Opportunity Education began transforming the high school experience for Girard College’s high school in Philadelphia.
Girard College is a venerable boarding school for grades 1–12 located on a historic 43-acre campus.
The high school applies active learning, skill development, and high-quality feedback through OE’s core academic curriculum and LMS.
