School Leader Webinar Series: The Quest to Transform
As educators, we are life-long learners constantly on the search for the best research-based strategies to help the students sitting in front of us every day.
The reality however doesn’t always hit the mark. In many cases, we find ourselves grabbing a tech tool from here, a curricular activity from there, and then pulling together some version of a quiz or test to gauge learning and progress from some other assessment source. In more cases than not, these pieces aren’t connected. They are disjointed and only solve short-term problems.
They also don’t address the one goal that many of us strive to achieve when we first got into education: making a difference and helping students to be successful in whatever they chose to do in life.
At Opportunity Education, we know you want to transform the high school experience. In order to do that, you need to deliver an education that both engages students in learning and grows their real life skills. The question is: How can that look in practice? What steps can you take to achieve this goal?
Join us for our newest webinar series: The Quest to Transform the High School Experience beginning March 17. This series of online discussions and collaborative exercises will provide access to expert insights into pedagogical strategies across a variety of teaching and learning practices.
Designed for educators or school-based personnel looking to hone student-centered practices, these webinars will:
- Leave you with clear examples and actionable strategies of specific student-centered practices.
- Provide an improved understanding of Quest Forward Learning and how it can help you transform the high school experience.
