Alliances Increase Our Impact

At Opportunity Education we’re committed to helping teachers engage their students in learning that gives them the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the world. In addition to the many resources we create in-house, we’re proud to partner with a group of amazing organizations. We believe that systems-level change will only come about by working with great partners to support teachers and improve students’ learning.

Academica
Academica supports a dynamic, high-performing network of over 230 public charter schools across the nation. We’re excited to work with them as we build partnerships across the state of Florida and beyond. Together with Academica, we’ll be opening three new charter schools in the greater Orlando, FL, area in the 2024-25 school year.

Gallup
We’re very excited to work with Gallup, the global analytics and advice firm, on a new edition of their annual Gallup Student Poll. The OE-Gallup Student Poll will run from 2023-27 and will be open to any public school in Florida. This free Poll will measure the connection between student engagement and performance, and will explore student perceptions while addressing what programs can help them succeed. The Poll’s results will help educators and policy makers better understand and support Florida schools as they improve student engagement and performance.

Midland University
In conjunction with Midland University, we’re pleased to offer several professional learning courses to educators nation-wide. These courses will provide educators with practical strategies for providing consistent, real-time feedback that will also increase their student’s classroom engagement. Educators who complete our programs will earn graduate credits and micro-credentials that can be applied towards advanced degrees, endorsements, certificates, and continuing education hours.
